**Committees are not required to attend monthly Board Meetings
Bingo Coordinator
With the Executive Director, ensures each Bingo date has enough workers scheduled. The coordinator submits a newsletter report each month with a list of workers for the upcoming Bingo event and will contact each worker 1 week prior to their scheduled bingo date to remind them of their upcoming commitment. The coordinator attends each scheduled Bingo to make sure everyone has attended and positions are assigned and explained; they are not required to stay.
Casino Coordinator
Coordinates the casino volunteers for volunteer shifts. Consults with the Executive Director, Business Manager and the President throughout the assignment process. Ensures all positions are filled and all volunteer background check forms are submitted. Casinos are held every 2 years.
Silent Auction Committee
Coordinators are needed for various activities, such as Donation Receiver, Door Ticket sales and tracking, and assistance with other items related to the silent auction to be determined by the Fundraising Director.
Newsletter Coordinator
Produces the monthly newsletter with the assistance of the Executive Director, sends reminders to Board, Committees and Staff members to submit their monthly reports, and sends draft to the Executive Director for final editing and membership distribution.
Cleaning Coordinator
Organizes and coordinates the monthly cleanings with the assistance of the Executive Director. Responsible for reminding members of their cleaning commitment. Arranges to attend the first part of the cleaning to take attendance, and inform the members of the jobs which are required to be completed from the cleaning binder. You may then leave and return to lockup after everyone is finished.
Social Committee
Plans and prepares for classroom and family parties in collaboration with the Teacher, Executive Director or the Board of Directors. Parties & events include Welcome Social, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Year End Social.[/vc_column_text][stm_single_image img_id=”5268″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
